Today, we reviewed putting decimal numbers in order from least to greatest, first by lining up the decimals, then placing zeros in as place holders. We also reviewed GCF and LCM as well as a permutation problem and reflections, translations, and rotations for our quiz tomorrow. (See page 619, 17-21, for part of this review.)

Advanced math classes received a quiz back on making predictions which they should get signed tonight.

Tonight's homework is in the Workbook, Lesson 12-5.

Also, students should review Chapters 7 (geometry), 8 (proportions and percents), 9 (integers), 10 (area and circumference), 11 (probability), and 12 (functions, translations, reflections, and rotations) to prepare for their EOG test in math on Wednesday.

TUESDAY: We will review for our EOG on page 633 (omit #9) and the names of angle relationships in chapter 7 (page 341). After checking our homework, we will take our quiz on chapter 12, function tables, translations, reflections, and rotations.

Regular math classes will take their quizzes home to be signed tonight.

WEDNESDAY: We will begin class with a final review of adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing of fractions, mixed numbers, and decimals to prepare for the calculator inactive part of the EOG. Homework tonight will be in the workbook, Lesson 12-1 and page 628 (4, 5, and 6). This homework will be our final review before the test.

THURSDAY: We will have a shortened class, due to the EOG's, as we did on Wednesday. We'll check our homework from last night and then take a break! WHEW! Thanks for working so hard on EOG's. No homework tonight!

FRIDAY: Again, shortened classes today due to the EOG's. Let's do something fun: a logic puzzle. And one more weekend without homework!
