Today, math classes reviewed for their upcoming test on exponents and order of operations. The test has now been moved to Thursday of this week, to give us one more day to prepare and practice skills. Tonight, first period math should get their quizzes signed and do Workbook 1-4 (omitting 10 -18). Second period and sixth period math should do Workbook Lesson 1-4. Show all the necessary steps on notebook paper. They will receive their quizzes back tomorrow to be signed. Seventh period should do a worksheet, involving order of operations with exponents inside and outside parentheses. Be sure to copy problems correctly!

On Tuesday, we will review one more time for the test on Thursday.
Friday, we will begin our unit on factors and multiples, with a lesson on divisibility rules.

All classes will be having a quiz tomorrow on order of operations. Also, all classes have their exponent quizzes to take home to be signed by parents tonight.

Regular math classes should do page 22 (20-27) as a review for their quiz. Period 2, 6 and 7 each have boardwork problems to do.

There will be no homework for students over the 3-day holiday weekend. Enjoy!
